Using build 2338 the lytebox effect not working or in preview mode also. I believe before I installed this build it did function in both. When I open the js folder on the server it shows thickbox.js though instead of colorbox.

Please see my earlier post. You must also re-download all the themes from www.CoffeeCup.com/help/myorders

Once you do that, it will fix the problem.

None of those features are a part of our software at this time but will be in our pro version due out later this year.

Hi Scott,

I do not have the need for the SC software right away, but I will in the future. I think I will just wait until the Pro version comes out. Is there any advantage for me to purchase the current version as opposed to waiting for the Pro version? I'm guessing the Pro version will cost more, but also offer more features. I look forward to your reply and thank you all at CC for some great software.

We have not made any decisions on prices for the pro version at this time. I am sure existing users will get a discount.

Thanks for the fix Scott, like colorbox much better than thickbox.

I don't think the designer/styler and pro version could come out any quicker ;) The SS Creator is awesome for basic shops with basic items, but when you get into more complicated products it seems to leave you scratching your head trying to find a solution to do what you need it to do. In the end it seems that I'm sadly disappointed. Every shop I need to make requires products with multiple drop down menus that all affect the total price upon selecting. I am getting antsy. I can not wait for the styler and pro!!! I want to be first in line when it comes out :) Hurry CoffeeCup!!!

i just updated to 3.5...
overwriting 3.1....
then publish as normal without changing anything...
found my website was ruined...
only one page remaining...
out of many....other things ruined as well...
went back to 3.1 and everything ok...
not impressed with 3.5....

I am sorry you are having problems. However I am not sure I quite understand the issue. Version 3.1 and 3.5 use the exact same file names. If the pages were there in the previous version the have to be there in the new version. Can you be a bit more specific?

Also when asking for help, please post your shop URL. Most of the time we can figure out the problem by just looking at the Website.

its possible i made a mistake...
you will see as time goes by if this happens to others,,if it does then its a problem with 3.5....
i would love to play around with it to get to the bottom of it...
but the problem is that my shop is so big that the upload takes hours....
so its easier for me to just use the backup i have and go back to 3.1 than fiddle with 3.5...
but for sure everything went wrong when i used 3.5...
my whole site was on coffeecup but when i uploaded only a very small portion uploaded...and i got the upload finished message...
but my only a small part of my shop was there...and it was damaged....
i dont want to leave it like that while we investigate things...
so i just went back to 3.1 which works perfectly for me....

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
