When I go to download the updated version I am told that I have not purchased yet. Obviously something wrong or is the update chargeable?

Nev,
Have you tried clicking on Account at the top right and then clicking on Orders and Downloads to the left? Once you click on Orders and Downloads it should have all of the software that you've downloaded and you can download the updated version from there.

After downloading the Coffe Shopping Cart 3.5 exe file (10.4 kb)
and clicking it, a black window will open for a half second and that was it...?

Sounds like you have a download manager installed. You need to disable that before you can download anything form our customer care center.

Hi Scott,
I do not have the need for the SC software right away, but I will in the future. I think I will just wait until the Pro version comes out. Is there any advantage for me to purchase the current version as opposed to waiting for the Pro version? I'm guessing the Pro version will cost more, but also offer more features. I look forward to your reply and thank you all at CC for some great software.
