Hey - I have an online store with several items. Our NC sales tax rate is 7.75%. I haven't yet configured each county!

However, whenever someone purchases an item, it figures the tax at 6.75%. We use Authorize.net.

I only have one tax rate set up (North Carolina, 7.750%). On the product page, my choices for tax are: "Merchandise" (which I have chosen) or "None". The button "Apply Default" is checked.

Any suggestions on what I may have done wrong?

Never mind. The cart is charging the correct sales tax, but A.net is listing it as 6.75% for some reason.

Glad you got it worked out, I haven't ever used A.net so wouldn't have been much help anyways, so glad it's working right. Good luck with your store
