I was testing my shopping cart and when I was at "View Cart" section I changed the quantity to zero instead of delete the item. Pressing calculate the system must delete the cart, to put a empty cart but instead continue with the checkout with the shipping cost. I think CC people must put a routine when only one item on cart with zero quantity then cart empty.

I agree. I ran into that one today. Not everyone is going to see the <delete> key, even though it is obvious ... once you see it.
