I get the "An error has occurred: when sending a custom QUOTE command to the remote server, one of the commands returned an error code of 400 or higher.
An error uploading: ccdata
Uploading finished please try again" error when I publish.

When I export I don't see any of my items or categories.

What version are you using? 3.0.1 is the most current build.

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue with our software. I would like to try a few things to determine the cause of the of the problem. Here are the steps I would like you to take:

1. Hold down the Shift key and double-click the Shopping Cart Creator desktop shortcut. A dialog box will appear asking if you wish to enable the log file. Answer Yes and make a note of the provided path.

2. Try to recreate the issue that caused Shopping Cart Creator to crash.

3. When it crashes, e-mail the log file to us.

4. Send me your SharedSettings.ccs located at

XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\

Vista:
C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming

It's also important for you to provide the following information:

1. Describe what you were trying to do when it crashes.
2. What is your operating system?
3. What version if IE do you have installed?
4. Are there any firewalls or antivirus applications running?

Once we have all this information, we should have a better understanding of the issue. E-mail the files directly to scott@coffeecup.com

Also, 3.0.2 is the most current build of the software. If you could try using this build that would be great.

Scott,

As nice as your canned reply is, it doesn't actually fit the problem.

2. Try to recreate the issue that caused Shopping Cart Creator to crash.
Per my original post, there is no crash.

I have loaded the newest version and still have both problems. I can't see any items (yes the appropriate boxes are activated to publish) or categories and the publish function still returns the same error.

The problem you are having will be logged into the files I requested above. I can then see why you are getting the error you mentioned in the first post. Without the log files, I would be just giving you more canned responses ;)

Scott,

I am still confused, the log file you requested is to be sent after it crashes, but there is no crash so when would I send it?

The log file records all keystrokes, ftp processes, everything that goes on. The error message you described in your first post will be in that log file. I need this file to figure out what the cause of the problem is.

Also note, 3.0.2 is the most current build now.
