Hiya,

I'm not sure if anyone else has posted this question or not as I searched for a bit but couldn't find anything.

I'm wondering if anyone elses shop has this same issue with the products people bought still being in the cart after the purchase? Is there a way to have it clear this? It's kind of confusing and maybe I'm just missing a setting that I need to do or something so if anyone has any idea what's up on this please let me know and thanks as always :)

If they do not return to your shop via the links we provide, it will not automatically clear the cart. Our software basically will not know if the purchase has completed if they skip that step.

hmm I'm not sure what links you mean as I "think" (goes to look) I have it set to go back to the site when it's done, or thought I had some setup in there. I think it went right back to the site automatically when it finished the purchase when I just tested it a couple days ago. I'll check and see if that's the case and post back shortly.

hmm I could swear I set something up to return to my site, but I don't see it anywhere, could it be something I setup in PayPal? I doubt it since I really haven't set much of anything up in PayPal itself, but I am sure it went right back to my site on it's own, no link to click to go back to the site that I recall, and pretty sure that's same way it was when my friend tested it too. I know for sure it had the items still in the cart for him also, just not sure if it went directly back to the site automatically for him or not.

There is a link after purchase is made that you click on. When you click on that it will clear your cart files out automatically. If you are using a custom return link in your PayPal Account Settings, it will by pass this. There really are no options to control this, just sort of magically works ;)

LOL noooo not this time you silly guy! Seriously though, if it isn't just me it can't just be my computer right? I mean I'm not the only one that did a test sale on it with the same results. You're welcome to try it if you like and I'll gladly reimburse the charge if that would help to to see what it's doing.

I just made a test charge on my shop and the cart cleared just fine. I just made one on yours and I see it was not. Not too sure why though. I will ask our developers tomorrow.

If you can, cancel that order please ;)
