Products in a single line

We recently bought a new computer and transferred everything to it but am now having a few problems with my shopping cart. -- one problem at a time though-- :D

In Firefox browser all my products show up in a single line in each category on the page rather than 3 or 4 across. Did a search of the files here and found this thread

[http://www.coffeecup.com/forums/shopping-cart/how-to-change-how-products-are-displayed/][http://www.coffeecup.com/forums/shopping-cart/how-to-change-how-products-are-displayed/]

In Firefox I have a single line of products and with IE my products are displayed correctly with several across.

I checked the site on my laptop and with Firefox the product is again in single file.

The website I am working on is at: www.educationandmore.org/onlinestore.html

thanks for any ideas

It must be a local issue because they appear correct for me in FX 3.6.15 and IE8. The only thing I noticed was that your navigation menu is shifted to the left on the home page. You may need to change the left position on each one by about 465 px.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Thanks for your reply. I also am using FX3.6.15 -- and on both of my computers all products show up in a single line down the page -- the pictures are bigger than normal too.

In FF the product photo appears at 212 X 212 pixels and in IE they display at 100 X 100

If I switch to IE then don't have the problem.

Anyone got an idea??

Thanks Eric for the info on how to fix the menu -- that was another problem I need to fix.

Prairie, At the top of FX click on "View", then "Page Style", now click on "Basic Page Style".:)

I am using my laptop now but the Basic Page Style is already checked on FF on my laptop. -- no change in FF.

Will check the desktop tomorrow -- I have it shut down right now.

thanks for trying. ;)

My desktop already has the Basic Page style checked.

I have been thinking that it might have something to do with my upgrade to the newest build. After I got the new computer installed I downloaded all the software again and of course that gave me a new upgraded SC Creator.

Before I bought the new computer and downloaded the upgrade I never had this problem. I am still using the same monitor that I used with the old computer -- but now the products are in a single file on each page when I view in FF. When I view in IE then they are displayed across the page.

Could I have a setting wrong in the new build?

The only difference is the new computer and the upgrade. Anyone else seeing this?

Still puzzled

No it would not have anything do to with that because people here can see it just fine. It is most likely a browser issue with either your text size, JavaScript disabled or some other combination.

"The only difference is the new computer and the upgrade".

Only difference? That actually means everything is new. ;)

I just got a notice that there is an update to a new build and have now downloaded it. I thought I had the latest since I just downloaded it last week but this new is CC SCCreator 3.9 build 4196

Maybe this will correct the problem. Will let you know

Also there was some kind of crash report the first time I uploaded my shop yesterday since downloading the new upgrade last week. I had forgot about it but sent it off the CC just now. My store did upload.

I have been having problems with the shipping when I tested it but I will recheck it with this new download.
