I'm confused Scott, can you explain this better? I'm not sure what you mean by exporting over an existing shop, do you mean when exporting it manually versus uploading using SCC you shouldn't upload to the same folders but different ones? If that's not what you mean then I'm lost, and I definitely want to be sure I don't do whatever it is they did once I'm up and running lol.

In SCC there is an option to export your shop for upload. When you use this, do not export it into the folder that contains your shopping cart files. Doing so will cause irreparable harm to your data. The exported shop needs to be saved to a different location.

Ohhhhhh you mean when saving on our systems themselves not the upload! Gotcha thanks for clearing that up, and yeah I always export or save things in a new folder for anything I'm trying no matter what program it is just so I don't accidently overwrite my current stuff. Phew! lol

Scott, Thanks for answering... not sure what you mean. I didn't have an existing SCC shop. I had trouble from the point where I clicked "Publish". I didn't export anything.
I'm not following you at all.

I would suggest opening a support ticket then and send us all your source files so we can see what is going on.

You only replied to our questions 50 minutes ago. Please just give us a bit of time to reply. It is not like we are ignoring you or anything ;)

No. You're referring to another topic altogether.
I have included a screen shot of my support room. The issue in question goes back to Friday a.m EST.

Hate to seem impatient...Not looking forward to going through all of the image file association again and not knowing what the issue was.

That one Orlando replied to you earlier today asking you to call in. See how fast things go ;)
