After weeks of using the registered software, I tried to open the program today and got a "license expired or invalid" message. Went directly to the program itself instead of a shortcut, same thing. Rebooted my computer and tried again, same thing. So I had to download and install the same version I was already using for it to work. Nothing had been changed on my computer. What's up with that?

Just to confirm, what program are you using? If the program was working for weeks and our software does not auto-update, what changed on your system?

Have you tried uninstalling the software and re-installing?
