I would have expected to find this referred to previously, but I can find no mention.
I, and no doubt many others, will need to list items as 'each' rather than by weight.

I can see no option to do this.

Right now the best way to do this would be to not set a weight value and use the long description area for this. You can use various HTML tags to style the text.
