HOME and SHOP HOME? ... and Comments

Scott, I like the software but a question. What is the difference between the buttons for HOME and SHOP HOME? In tests and previews of my sample site I see no difference in the page displays. Have I missed something or am I overlooking the obvious?

Also, like many others, I would like to have more shipping options. The software looks to be primarily for shoppers buying just one item with fixed shipping. Sites designed for multiple sales have no way to adjust shipping charges more multiple items purchased. For example selling one small item requires a minimal shipping charge, but two items doesn't necessary double or even increase the shipping.

Would like to see an option an email contact link and for stated shipping insurance as opposed to including it in handling. Also, would be nice to have to ability to tag an item as reduced, sold, out of stock, etc.

Your plans to add additional pages will probably satisfy my wish for a place to put additional information, such as FAQ, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, etc.

Also, I would be delighted to be in on the beta testing of the PRO version.

The third line down in shop settings/your shop is a line 'website', if you enter your website www.yoursite.com, then pressing HOME will take the visitor there, SHOP HOME takes them to the 'store' front page.

I agree with all your other comments.

A possible "short" fix ??
On the "shop home page" add a No Cost item with a link, in the description, to a PDF that tells the "about us" - "return policy" and etc.
Not the best option, I'll admit, but it would get the information out there for now.
