I have noticed a problem when adding a new group. After adding the group, sometimes when I move the new group up in the listing, my last group disappears. If I attempt to re-list the missing group, it says it already exists. Fortunately I save frequently so I just reload my shop and try again.

I haven't spent a great deal of time trying to sort out the problem, but it seems to have something to do with collapsing the groups before attempting to move them.

I am using the latest update, but I have also noticed this in the previous ones.

Can you make a video and some screen shots so we can see what it looks like? I was not able to reproduce what you described here.

Scott, don't know about getting a video, but I will try to recreate the problem and get screen shots or at least the problem source.

I think I may have identified the problem. It looks to be a screen display issue, perhaps just on my local system. I created a dummy pet shop and added category groups for various animals dogs, cats etc. Expanding all. Once they exceeded the viewable area, I added new groups and reordered them. Eventually, I noticed the hamster group was missing. It was apparently still there you just could not see it.

The good news is, I just saved the shop and reopened it and everything was there. I didn't do this with my original shop, because I was afraid of losing all my entered items.

Also, it appears to be random. After it happened once, I entered five or six new groups and reordered them without any problem.

Looks to be just a localized system problem and not a program issue. I am using a 64 bit system with Vista Ultimate 64.

Can you try this. Go to the edit menu and then settings. Change the skin to modern. See if that helps any with the display.

I'm having a similar issue. It was working fine for a while, but now parts of the interface/graphics are randomly disappearing showing whatever page is behind it. For instance, when I go to item details, sometimes the pictures will not be there. Instead, in that window, you the the items list. Sometimes the Items List and Item Details buttons disappear.

I tried to take screenshots, but they show up black on Word.

Any ideas?
Until this happened I was loving the program.

Okay, After removing some groups, it seems it helped a bit, so maybe the more groups and items a shop has, the worse the problem gets??

I opened the shopping cart program and this page (forum page) disappeared??

Strange.

Brian, That sounds like a local memory issue to me. Do you have to many applications open? A browser will easily chew up RAM as will an email client.

I've tried it with nothing else open and it still happens. I read the thread "All Sorts of Issues" and it seems other people are having the same issue. I'm running:
Microsoft WIndows XP
Service Pack 3
Dell Inspiron I6400 laptop
Intel T2300 @ 1.66GHz
980MHz, .99GB RAM

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
