Brian, I am experiencing the same problem that you are with all the interface/graphics are randomly disappearing. It will work for a bit then it goes all crazy and when I try to upload the shop again it will delete all my images in my shop. Now my shop is blank again.

If you get it sorted out please let me know. Thank you.

It is an ongoing issue that they are working on. I have lost 3 shops so far (hours & hours of work). They say that a fix should be ready within a week.
What I have found in my case is that it seems to become a problem when I add multiple images. I resized my image files and did a test shop with loads of categories and images and it worked just fine. Only prob is, I don't trust it enough to use it again without the fix :(

I hope someone will help me answer my question with this coffeecup Cart Creator 3.0. I do not know how many times I need to request for help and nobody will answer me. This is getting very frustrating.

My coffeecup Cart Creator Software is going freaking NuTz on me. The interface/graphics disappear on me and then reappear again.

I can no longer add items to a specific group, I could not longer publish my shop site to my fatcow file manager. I can not do anything anymore with this software. When it will finally let me publish my site it will delete all my images and then my site will not show anymore pictures on my site. The pictures will be blacked out. Then suddenly it will allow me to upload my site again but not add anymore items.

I would also get published warnings with I try to publish my site but you can not see what it says because it is also blanked out with no words on the pop up message window.

Is there anyway that you may help me resolve this issue with your software?:(

I am using XP Professional Service Pack 2
1.99 GHz Processor
704 MB RAM
127 GB Hard Drive and I only used just 3 GB from this drive now
High Speed Cable Internet Connection

Darren, you just sent me your files yesterday at 2pm. We are only open M-F which is why I have not responded as of yet. I do have all your source files and I will work on this first this tomorrow and be in touch.

Scott, when I purchased the software on Dec 12, it worked just fine. I did not experience any type of problem but when I updated the software after the new update was available, the CC cart program worked for a bit then suddenly it went crazy on me. Please take a look at my site and see if you may figure out what the problem is. You may find my site at: http://www.darrenshaw.info.

Another thing, I saved my shopping cart on a jump drive at one point and then reformated my hard drive. Then I reloaded the shopping cart on the newly reformated computer and downloaded the updated CC cart program.

This is when my shoppingcart program went crazy on me. Perhaps this may be the core of the problem.

One more thing, I contacted my web host fatcow and they told me that It has to be the software I was using for my shopping cart.

Thank you for looking into this issue for me. I really appreciate it.

Our programmers noticed the exact same thing. They looked at the xml files and directory structure and it looks like this shop got saved into the same shop folder of another project. Everything got all intermingled causing the problems you are seeing. They are trying to figure out a way to resurrect things but so far it is not looking good.

Scott, there are two shopping cart icons on my desktop. The first one is entitled "Shopping Cart Creator" and the other one is "www.darrenshaw.info". When I open up either one of them they both got crazy one me by giving me weird interface/graphics. Do I need to delete one of them to get my software to work properly?

The one named darrenshaw.ino is the project the other is the application. I too have the same problem with your project. I think it all stems from how you saved and moved things around when going from computer to computer.

I am pretty sure everything is just corrupted and past the point of repair.

I am thinking about starting over with a fresh shop. I have saved all my images and will just cut and paste all my title and descriptions. If I do this, will my project get corrupted again?

I also am having major problems with the groups disappearing and also the elements of the screen not showing.
I have entered the data and images for about half of the shop and now I am unable to add any more because I am unable to see what is going on.
I have tried setting the screen resolution very low with no advantage. I have also tried setting the screen to 256 colours with no advantage either (just looks awful)
The shop so far has been zipped up and attached, but is probably too big to send because I have tried 3 times to do so (19M)

Hope the matter can be resolved soon.
Some say it can't be done, while others are doing it.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
