Custom theme from Pro screwed in Creator

First off...... I wish you guys wouldn't put theme data in the Documents folder. All pertinent info for store development should go into a current project folder so it can be transported easily to other computers, laptops, etc.
But.. big problem now is that a shop I created a while back and designed originally in Designer Basic, now has the menus squashed and the word "sic" off to the side of the menu buttons. I made an edit in Designer Pro, and then edited my my store with the imported template in Creator Basic. All this is getting very confusing with the number of different apps and the location of files. I wish you would just bundle the two programs and use project folders. Anyway.... any idea why my menus are messed up....?

Got it working.. don't know what I did other than quit and restart. And I did use the trial of the Cart Creator Pro to go with the registered version of Designer Pro I already had. (Creator Pro trial doesn't tell you it's the Pro version, BTW, either in any headings or an About menu) I still believe the file structure is convoluted and could be made easier for portability on flash media, etc..................

The documents folder IS the best place to put that stuff Gary and it is where Microsoft actually wants it to go. This then gives you a single folder location for all data. Much easier knowing everything is in the Documents/CoffeeCup Software folder then scattered around the hard-drive. ;)

Guess we'll just have to disagree. Because everything isn't there. My store data and other client info is on removable media and then backupped to flash drives for porting around on my netbook, etc. So I have to remember to always copy the CoffeeCup docs folder to this media everytime and then make sure I copy that to Docs folder of the computer I'm working on. I really don't understand why Microsoft would want or require the data to go anywhere in particular.... If you don't mind, I'd like to repost this suggestion in the forum to see if I'm not alone (or alone) on this one.....:/
