Thus far, I'm quite impressed w/ the Shopping Cart Creator but here is an enhancement that would be greatly appreciated:
My organisation sells tickets to our events such a dinner/dances. We need to collect additional information such as food allergies, seating requests, names of those in the party, etc. Having customers fill out a separate form after they have completed the PayPal/Google transaction produces mixed results. (Getting people to follow - much less read - the instructions is an uphill battle!)
I would like to suggest an option that would send the buyer to an intermediate page when they click the PayPal/Google button. This intermediate page would consist of an online form such as one created with CC Form Builder. Once the buyer completes the form & clicks the "Send My Message" button, they would automatically continue on to the PayPal/Google site.
If this approach is too difficult to integrate into the Shopping Cart Creator, an alternate suggestion would be an option that would send the buyer to the aforementioned form upon their return to the shop following completion of their PayPal/Google transaction. While the user would have to remember to click the return link on the PayPal/Google site, it is still better than nothing!
