Anyone knows what it means and how to fix it?

Can you provide a bit more information? Where do you see this? What operating system are you using? Does it happen every time you are uploading? Have you configured your anti-virus or firewall software to allow our software to connect to the 'net? What version are you using?

The more specific you can be, the better we can help.

Every time I try to upload to Bravenet.com. I am using XP Anti V and Firewall are okay. When I go to my directory on bravenet, the "store" directory is created but nothing else is there. I am using V 3.05

Try updating to 3.1 and see if that helps any. Also double check that you are uploading to the correct folder. If you are uploading to a path that you don't have permissions to, that error will occur.

Just did, same error... The "shop" directory is created by Shopping Cart but nothing else is there.

Just to let you know I just uploaded a dummy file in that directory using FTP, so I know this is not my connection or permission, I think it must be coming from Shopping Cart

Just wondering....Shopping Cart does not save the file into the directory that I want on my PC but into the "Application data\coffeecup software\TempDir" would it have anything to do with that? I might be that it is looking for files that are not there???

Further thinking.....

This directory called "Application data\coffeecup software\TempDir" is in theory a hidden directory, I do not know if the program would "see" the files to be uploaded. It might be that it creates the directory onto Bravenet be cause they are "coded" but do not see what to upload into these directories.

Not to be rude, do you have any ideas that I could try....

The folder ""Application data\coffeecup software\TempDir" would be something on your local computer, not on the remote server.

Try this, go to the File Menu > Export > Export Shops for Upload and save your shop. Now use a 3rd party FTP program and upload everything. Let me know if that works.

Also under the Shop Settings > Remote Folder what have you entered in there? In your FTP program, what folder do you upload to (httpdocs, public_html etc..)
