I find this interesting, I've been using godaddy for about 5 years, and have had no problems at all with scripts, flash or anything else.

There was only once when I had some issues and that was when I tried using windows OS on the host, on one test project, gave me fits trying to get things to look and work right. scrapped the windows kept with linux and no problems.

Danny - There were some issues with GoDaddy hosted sites and CC software earlier (I think it was Form Builder specifically).

Yea I know I read about that, and from what I understand, it was a short lived security issue. I know how those security guys are they can cause some problems if you leave them to them selfs.
I created a logo for our EIS dept here... "EIS To Restrict and Refuse, We Can't See The Forest For The Trees"

I just recently started using CC SW so that problem didn't hit me.

I actually left shared hosting for my own dedicated server. I have a lot of clients and by hosting their sites I can keep all the software updated as well as give them their own cpanel account. Works out great for everyone.
Eventually, I will set up one of my domains to offer hosting to my fellow site builders.
