I am having an error uploading my cart from SCC Pro. I received the same errors from SCC Basic. I have gone into my ftp site manually and deleted the cart and tried reuploading, still getting errors. It seems like SCC is timing out on FTP. Anyone have any clues? Can you change the timeout settings?

I am using Network Solutions as my website provider.

I will need you to open a support ticket for this and send me this information.

1. Hold down the Shift key and double-click the Shopping Cart Creator desktop shortcut. A dialog box will appear asking if you wish to enable the log file. Answer Yes and make a note of the provided path.

2. Try to recreate the issue that caused Shopping Cart Creator to fail on upload.

3. When it stops, e-mail the log file to us.

4. Send me your SharedSettings.ccs located at

XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\

Vista:
C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming

It's also important for you to provide the following information:

1. Describe what you were trying to do when it fails.
2. What is your operating system?
3. What version if IE do you have installed?
4. Are there any firewalls or antivirus applications running?

Once I have all this information, I should have a better understanding of the issue.
