I'm not sure if it's me, or the CC website, but when downloading updates to all of my purchased programs, including SCC Pro, the files are all 0 bytes in size, and some links time out (HTML Editor 2010 for example).

File not found

Firefox can't find the file at https://www.coffeecup.com/help/myproduc … ld_369.exe

I am sorry about that. We are in the process of moving our servers around and this has caused a temporary network problem. We are working as fast as we can to restore services.

I just purchased Pro and am getting an invalid file when trying to install the download. I assume this is the same problem reported here and am just looking for an update.

Our admins are working on correcting this issue as we speak. As soon as the issue has been fixed, I will post here.

Sorry for the troubles.

yeah now if only the forums would behave and stop making it look like there's posts in every single one I check making me go back to it again lol. I use the Show New Posts link on the top right area and when I check a post, it shows up on the list again as if I haven't checked it yet, then when I open that post again it takes it off. Quirky things, I'll assume you're still working on some things.

It maybe time for you to format your computer Jo-Jo. That would fix the forum issue. ;)
