Transferring products from scc basic...

I just purchased scc pro.

Been using scc basic.

I upgraded the theme in scd pro.

However, when I open that theme in scc pro, no products.

I'm hoping it's a simple thing to move the products to scc pro.

Is it?

Do you really need to do all that to upgrade your shop from Basic to Pro? I wish I had left my shop up now to test all this, but I don't recall having to do much of anything other than open the shop file that I had saved in the Basic version. There may be something you need to do in the Basic version to upgrade it to the Pro version like the Themes maybe? But I don't believe you need to do all that CSV stuff to upgrade it. Wish I had my shop up to help better, but I don't unfortunately. You may want to ask CC team in a support ticket to see if there is something special you need to do to upgrade it though. I just don't think it's supposed to be all that major of a process to do that.

I guess I'm just not remembering anything I had to actually do other than open the saved file with the Pro version when I changed from Basic to Pro. Theme yes, that you need to export to the Pro version, but don't think the shop files themselves need anything special.

OK I have all my products in the pro version.

I had to make another contact page in scc pro.

The page comes up fine, but the background color is wrong and I can't find anyplace to change it.

I went to scd pro and made sure that all the backgrounds on all the pages were correct.

Saved everything, exported it and opened it in scc pro.

Published it, background on contact page still wrong.

What the heck am I doing wrong?

Ok I see your form on your contact page, but it looks like you're linking to a separate external page somewhere? Seems like you didn't put the full code in that utilizes the iframe that is part of the script that the form builder program gives you. I would suggest removing the script you put in for the form, redo the form export for the code and put it in again and see if that works. If you are using an external form page such as an S-Drive page, then you'll need to use an iframe for that also.

Right now it looks like it's reading directly into the form's page and it's not in the cart at all.

I redid the code and uploaded.

Still a white background.

The Contact page was added in scc pro, so it seems to me that it should work just fine.

Any idea why it would be reading directly in the form? (I'm not sure just what that means).

The contact page is definitely generated by the webform builder. I would manually delete it from the server and re-add the form script to your shops page.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Gawd, I must be dumb.

I don't understand.

In Form builder I exported manually.

Pasted the 'top' code into the contact page.

FTP'd the folder 'Contact' and the file contact.php to www.foodtoolz.com/

I don't understand what you mean when you say "delete it from the server and re-add the form script to your shops page."

I thought I was doing that.

If that's what you meant, I've done that a couple of times.

Here's the problem your shop has a Contact.php page and your form must be called Contact.php. Change the name of your form to contactus.php and re-add the script and publish your shop and form files.
