I'm a new user and am about ready to pack it all in and hire a web design company to take this irritating task off my hands. I purchased your whole $300 package of software because nobody could tell me which programs I actually needed and now I'm stuck with a bunch of software that doesn't work.

I'll start with the most pressing issue: Every time I launch Shopping Cart Creator Pro my theme files are "missing." They are actually exactly where they need to be (Documents/Coffee Cup Software/Shopping Cart/Themes), but I have to download and re-install your software every day in order for your themes to show up in the drop down box. I also have the same problem in Shopping Cart Designer Pro.

Obviously this is super irritating...but it's also costing me too much in labor hours and is seriously delaying the launch of my website. More importantly, it's making me think my site is going to be riddled with customer unfriendly problems once it finally does launch. Can you fix it?

This is an easy thing to fix. Right click on the Shopping Cart Creator icon and select Run as Administrator. See if that helps.
