A customer wanted a ring that I did not have online, so I added it in SCCP and published, it went through the synch processes (I noticed no image upload) and SCCP said updated. Look on site no item, then I noticed other items shown there on the SCCP program, but not found on my site.

So not sure what’s up, thought of bringing the site down, deleting all the site files, then republishing; but I really hate disrupting the site as it would take hours to reload. I realize I push SCCP to its limits (SCCP says 3000 item max, though the engine crooks somewhere after 2900 or so, probably one of the largest SCCP sites online) but I have added items before for customers no problem, so not sure what has changed.

What's the item that's missing so we can see if it might be an issue with your browser?

Are the items that aren't showing newly added or did you take old products and change their info?

Newly added, (the one that caught my attention) no changes, it is like the engine skips items every now and then. As the photo shows the missing item(s) are in the middle of the grouping.

I would open a support topic.
