Hi, hope someone can help with this....
Have created a shop with no problems, and also set the shipping options, what I need and can't find anywhere in the program or in the forums is for each order, customer can select from 3 options

1. Send To Cardholders Address
2. Collect In Person
3. Send To Alternate Address

It's #3 causing the problem, if this option is selected where can I add another option or text field for them to add a different delivery addrress ?
Or is this even possible ?

You'll have to put a separate form embedded in the page to do this. You could use CC new Web Form Builder and make a simple form and forward the user back to the page after submission.

If your clients are paying by Paypal, they will get an option for a different address when making payment

However delivering to a different address to the debit/credit card address will result in NO INSURANCE and an unconfirmed address, fine if its for a few pounds only, but not for large sums.

I would imagine it's entirely up to the payment gateway as Shopping Cart Creator does not ask for or collect shipping address information. As Viv mentioned, the buyer should be able to put the shipping address into PayPal when checking out.
