Interesting, it put the pages in alphabetical order.

I'm guessing if you wanted the links to follow the flow of your shop you could cut and paste them in the order you want. If I get any feedback that it is confusing with them being in alphabetical order I may do that.

Tom, how would you go about including the theme you purchased for the sitemapper in this manner?

You wouldn't use the theme from Site Mapper. You would open the html and copy only the links and paste them into your shop page. The shop already has a theme.

So.........why does CC sell sitemap themes then??

From what I can see of the sitemap themes, they only put the information in a visual thing that is similar to a genealogy family tree, just like the one that is on CC's website.

Just another option in a world full of options, I suppose.

If you want to incorporate the sitemap the sitemapper generates into the shopping cart, you will need to do two things. The first is to put the sitemap.html into an iframe and place it in the SC page using the html tool. The second thing you will need to do is edit the sitemap.html links to include target="top", otherwise the links will open in the iframe and that won't be visually appealing.

I didn't edit any of my links.. should I have? Should the sitemap look or navigate another way?

Tim, if you put a page in an iframe, all links on that page (iframe) will open within the iframe. To get around that behavior, you have to include target="top" in the link tags on that page to instruct the browser to open the links in the top most window instead of inside the iframe window.
