I am using the SCC PRO and Designer PRO...so far I really...really like it. I have wanted this CC program ever since it came out but did not have a need for it until last week. I have a client who needed a shopping cart for a few items...so I decided to purchase it and have some fun.

So here are my questions:
1) Prior to the latest update I was able to publish the shopping cart WITHOUT payment gateway information just to see what it would look like on a server. It loaded fine and no issues...I was able to select my products and ADD TO CART and then VIEW CART.
2) Last night i updated to the latest release and all was good...templates and products...all information appeared correctly. No issues with missing products or information.
HOWEVER, now I am unable to click on the ADD TO CART link or any other links in the FOOTER area.

Not sure what happened as I did not change anything other than add 2 new products.

Now to duplicate the issue, please click on a product and:
1) Try to click the ADD TO CART button...it looks like there is no link there?
2) Try to click on any of the Add This buttons in the footer...nothing.

Also, I saved and re-published the shop to no avail...I hope someone can take a look and give me some feedback...as I am would like to make this a live store by next week.

Looking at your shop Jared, it looks like there maybe some issues with old and new files. I would suggest publishing your shop to a new folder like http://bizzpromotions.com/hds/shop2/ and then see if that works. If that does, let me know and I would like to debug what is going on with your /shop folder.

The padding on this is to large. I made it 15px and the add to cart worked and the other links as well:).

Jared, did you make those changes manually?

Also, what is this block of code used for? This code catches the click event on the button and I think this is the root cause of your problems. Try removing it and see if that works.

Now if that does work, we all get to slap your hands for not mentioning you added this.

1) Prior to downloading the new updates all this worked fine.
2) I did add the Add This Code - Are you familiar with that service...it allows folks to share and in my analytics I can see that people clicked and re-shared that info on the social networks. This did work fine prior to update...but I can take it out and play around with it if need be.
3) I will update this to a new folder before I change anything else and publish there to see what happens.

I will keep you posted...

Also, Scott, do you know when the next CC open house is in Atlanta? I would love to come down and meet you guys...I am not to far from your office.

Also, I think I will take the click back code out as well...I have added this to another site that I have and it did the same thing now that I think about it. The other functionality worked great, but when I added that tracking code...it no longer worked correctly. Some sites it works on...some it doesn't...that's easy enough to do. I don't really need it, but it is nice to know if:
1) Someone shares your site and,
2) The folks that they shared it with actually clicked that site to...the idea is "Social Vertical Lift", which is a fancy way of saying that it got shared, clicked and shared again...

I like me some analytics...

There were some changes in the markup with 3.9, so these changes could interfere with those scripts. It would be a total uphill battle trying to make our software work with so many 3rd party scripts out there.
