I uploaded a shop from here to your server and it worked perfectly. This makes me think there is a problem with your PayPal account, especially since the Sandbox account worked. I will be sending you an email with more information.

Fixed it!
The solution goes in the category of "dumb one" (of course).
My Paypal setup was incomplete. The account was established using a different email address, and the sales@yum-o.com.au address that I set up in SCCPro was not linked into the Paypalaccount. It was never going to work, was it!!
Fixed that and everything changed.
Now, when linking across to Paypal, the correct company name is displayed, customer is offered the choice of paying by CC or using a Paypal account, and Paypal auto-returns to the right place in my shop.
