Quantity Discount Pricing

My Product Pricing comes in Quantity Discounts. IE. 1 - 10 folders $7.15/ea. 11-35 Folders $7.00/ea 36-60 Folders $6.80/ea etc. How do I set up this pricing discount schedule by number folders sold?

How about listing the products with that pricing structure and let users choose the correct one and how many.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
