Hi just upgraded to PRO version and i want to put my paypal standard settings and now asks for some "paypal identity token" , well i only have my email there but i have no idea whats the token

Click the '?' on that dialog where you add your PayPal info. All the info is there

The Return URL is actually optional for us. PayPal makes you put in one, but we override that with the URL of your shop. So if you already have a URL in there, you do not need to change it.

I have left it blank and it seems to work ok (just as though it is scc basic)

The basic version of cart creator doesn't have inventory management Viv, so you can leave it blank.
