Is there a way to let people to add a tip to their order at checkout?
I'm working on a delivery pizza site and this will be helpful

You could add it as another product.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

To take Erics idea further you can create the product and then put a nice bit text link or sentence with a link on the Check out page that says something to the order of:
Add a tip to your order here
making "here" contain a link to the actual product you created. Then just use the Optional Field to create multiple tip variations they can choose from.
Add links to a few pages for it so that they realize it's there when they are shopping too.
