My pc crashed. Config file? Anywhere?

Hi all. My laptop died but I was able to back up everything. My question is, once I reinstall Pro, is there a config file that may still be in my backed up files that has all my paypal and other settings saved in it?

That maybe in the C:\Users\[User-Account]\AppData\Roaming\CoffeeCup Software\Common\ShardedSettings.ccs
