Hello all!

I am lost and confused when it comes to merchant accounts and gateways and how they work.

If I have a business bank account at my local credit union do I need a merchant account for authorize.net? Or do I just need the gateway?

How would that work with paypal?

I have read all the posts, but am still confused! If someone could break it down for me maybe using crayons to draw me a picture (just kidding)?
