I have live chat through livechat.net. I get an html code that I can paste that will create a button to add to the site.... Any idea on how to make this work for the sccp? I have not experimented yet as I am in the middle of moving 30sites to a different server and thinking about how to use this for my sccp shops.
Thank you
live chat for shop
Hiya Morga,
When you press the button is it going to then open a new window that will be the chat site? If so then you can use the HTML Tool within the SCCP program to add the button to whatever page you want it on. Should be pretty easy to do and work pretty well I would think.
If you plan it to open within the shop site you will probably have to add other scripts such as an iframe or something to do so. Not sure what other scripts might be around to do for that too.

Live Chat makes sites look uber professional, especially when there is never, ever anyone online to chat with (but it looks cool). Just my $0.02.

CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
Yes it will open a small chat window that I can monitor. It also gathers information such as what keywords, search engine brought them to the site. I'll have to try the html tool once I get done figuring out another problem.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
