Importing product via .CSV - problem...
I've been able to successfully import products via CSV file. Cool feature once you figure it out. However, I'm getting incorrect results for product weights. For example if my CSV file has a product weight of 5.33 pounds it gets imported as 0.533 pounds .... it's been divided by 10.
As an experiment I then exported all my products from SCC Pro to a CSV file and the product weight showed up in the CSV file as 0.533 pounds. When I imported this file back into SCC Pro the weight was imported as 0.053. It divided the weight by 10 once again.
A bug? Or am I missing something.

Thanks Scott. Appreciate the update.
I am having a similar problem. All of my weights were fine at one point in time. When I started importing and exporting my products, thats when things started changing. Currently if I import a csv, all of the weights get adjusted correctly. For instance 7 lbs shows as 7. When I then save the shop and close the program, then reopen it.....the 7 changes to .7 ...as stated above, being divided by 10. It seemed that before things were not adjusting on their own as such, but now seems to happen. I can see if the import changed the fields, but not within the program upon close and reopen.
Did you install the update?

I have the newest build, same as when I first downloaded the program. Well past the October update.
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
