Importing Data and format changing on...
hi there,
when i am importing data and pictures into this program it works great and looks great. however, when i upload it, what is uploaded looks different online than what i am seeing in the software. all of the hard returns disappear online. i can still see the correct formatting in the software though.
do you have any ideas how i can resolve this.

i am starting in an excel xlsx file. and here are my steps. in one column i am putting in a formula to pull from different cells that looks like this: =CONCATENATE(F1, CHAR(10), J1, CHAR(10), CHAR(10), AA1, CHAR(10), K1, CHAR(10), Y1, TEXT(Z1,"mmmm d, yyyy"), CHAR(10), G1)
then i take the information from the column with the formula in it and paste it into a csv with the "paste values" command. i also "wrap" the text in both the xlsx file and the csv file.
on import and after upload all data looks correct in the software "shopping cart creator pro" but unless i take that data on each product and paste it into "word" and then paste it back into "shopping cart creator pro" what we see on the website is the data with no spaces or hard returns, etc.
i am new at this and know i am missing something i just have not found the correct combination. so thank you SO MUCH for your help.

Try pasting the data into notepad first and save it then copy and paste that into your shop. Copying and pasting directly from Word or Excel can get mixed results.
