How to add logo and flash component -...

Hi everyone.

First off, I want to say what a great piece of software this is.

Now, as I see it, once the finished shopping cart (and site) is uploaded, everything runs in PHP, correct?
What I would like to do is to add my own logo (I can already do this, but it appears very small in the top left hand corner) and I would also like to add my own flash window to the home page (a small picture montage with some nice transition effects that I created).

Please tell me the easiest way to do this (I don't mind if I need to buy an extra piece of software, it just has to be easy).

Many thanks,
William.

Do you also have the Shopping Cart Designer Pro? That is the application that allows you to make much more detailed changes to your store template...it will certainly allow you to add animated gif images to your header, but I'm not certain about flash files. You can also resize your logo or use the original size.
I don't think you can combine the 2 types of image to your background though.

Yes, but I want to display a flash (.swf file) that I have created. It's a banner, but I really want to put it on the homepage.

Any ideas? I can't do it if it's a GIF!

Willdem, I did a small test so I know the concept will work.

It appears correct for me in FX but a little off in IE.
When I get a chance I'll test using another method.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Yes, that' more or less what I am looking for (I actually want it in the middle of the screen, not at the top).

Anyhow, can you tell me how to do it?

let me show you what i mean. I edited my store as an html page, and added the flash component as I would like it to look in the finished product. However, I do not know how to do this to the store once it's in php. Can anyone help?

Here is my example:

VSD? I looked at the site. Like the small add in the bottom of the screen. So, how do I add flash then?

I got it all looking good in IE and FX.

[[[ <OBJECT style="Z-INDEX: 100; POSITION: absolute; WIDTH: 942px; HEIGHT: 100px; TOP: 340px; LEFT: 320px; " Your flash code goes here </OBJECT>]]]

You'll have to adjust the WIDTH and HEIGHT to fit your flash output and then adjust the TOP and LEFT to position it where you want it to appear.:)

I direct hyper linked the code in my flash to point to my sdrive account and ftp'd the files for the flash content to that.
