I'm trying to set inventory levels, too. I've taken care of everything in Shop Settings, and still see no way to set inventory levels.
I've looked in places like "more options", where it would seem to make sense, but can only find the number "remaining" there.
Also, what is the "set" field for, just under the "SKU" field? I can find precious little in the documentation.
Thanks.
