For the life of me i looked and looked, but can't find where i can remove the banner in the home page that comes with every theme.

(i want to remove the diamond image and where it says Let's celebrate...)

I just want to have the products on the home page and nothing else. no banner or images or anything
where do i remove that?

You need to open the theme in shopping cart designer
go to spotlight area properties its banner.png, you want to remove

I think you will have possibly to replace it with the plain background image but note sure.

you can use a trial version of SCD and save it
