 Dunno... I do think I'd have to admit that more time has been spent in this thread, than would actually have been spent using a quick fix. Maybe someday CC will have enough requests to add those items to the editor, but until then I don't see how it would be cost effective for them to pay programmers to modify something that works as is with minor effort.
And no, unless you DRASTICALLY modify the content of what is in your bullet/table (ie, change from one form to another) you could simply edit the HTML Code within the editor IN SCC. For example on your attached jpg, if you wanted point one (with the high powered panels) to be moved down to point two (where the integrated bypass diodes are discussed) you could simply cut/copy/paste the text within the lines of code for those bullets.

My observations are that its a pretty nice program. But certain functionality is lacking and it prevents me from purchasing it at this time.
1. The import from CSV function is severely limited in that it only allows for one mass import. Any subsequent attempts to load additional content via the import CSV function will result in errors.
1. The use of only one subcategory is somewhat limiting. I could reformat my current shop to use just one subcategory but the following limitation makes that unusable.
3. The lack of pagination means that my Pro shop could potentially have unlimited items on a single page that scrolls endlessly.
I have no doubt that the folks at CoffeeCup will address these at some point in the future and when they do I'll certainly have another look. But for now its just not quite right for me.
Thanks

Been away for a while attending trade shows, I've read all your comments and the upshot is I'm leaving SCC pro & SCD pro on my hard drive till the text editor and other issues are improved. As i said I was under the impression the program was code less and "easy to use"as regards text input etc. and quite frankly although I'm pretty conversant with html i don't have the time to mess about with it just to achieve something as simple as writing product descriptions, so it will sit there till coffee cup decide to put this right (well i did buy it)

If you don't want to use code, use plain text.

Er, being that you're "pretty conversant with html", you would know that a bullet list can be coded in less than a minute, as well as any other formating techniques. You don't need to use a separate html editor for child's play.

Tom - I pointed out several options earlier in the thread that he could've used to solve his "issue", but it seems that he'd rather spend several hours complaining about CC and the software, which doesn't really have the limitations that he claimed...

I don't understand why we continue to get users complaining about having to enter a little bit of HTML code when there's numerous examples of code and plenty of other users willing to help. I would rather have a program that allows HTML code to be inserted then one that can't.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Slightly off topic, but a great example of superb help is Eric's s-drive site which I literally used right after reading this thread.

Thanks for the "incomplete" iframe scroll box page for cc streams Eric! Helped me get around a nasty implementation I was dealing with on http://chamber.mightyowlband.org/Media.html :D

You're never going to please everyone no matter what you do. That's why I don't worry about pleasing anyone. :) That way when someone is is pleased, it's a unexpected bonus. I'd last about a day in customer service before I tell the customer who is always right to KMA. :P
