Just had a customer using latest version of internet explorer, with windows 7 who phoned me as he could not get the system to complete a payment of £545.00

Apparently after entering all his credit debit card address etc, it kept going back to the beginning to make him start all over again, instead of accepting payment.

I checked website with xp pro, firefox, as a new client and it all works fine still.

He paid by Paypal, sale not lost this time, but I think other clients would be put off, and assume a dodgy website, and go elsewhere.

I had this same problem but it was with PayPal, the issue was with the cookie, I had to clear the cookie and once I did that everything went through fine.

Client with problem is a regular Paypal user, 1st time he tried to ever use Google checkout.

I think the issue here is your theme was not saved in the lastest version of Shopping Cart Designer so the scripts were not updated with the theme.

I just made a test shop here using Google Checkout and it works fine, so try the update and see how it goes.

I guess this was intentional rather than another error

"The authorsation of the customer's credit card failed. Google has sent an email instructing the customer to update their card. If they fail to provide a valid card within 7 days, this order will be automatically cancelled by Google."

I will check to see but I am sure I updated the theme, will try it now

All seemed as expected and had been updated, I guess must have been one pf those freek errors

If it occurs again , I will contact CC again
