Ok simple question where (which folder) do I upload the files associated with a form made with CCFB. After I insert the HTML into the contact page ?

Form works ok in firefox, but you might want to add some extra characters for email address
I get plenty of customers with more than 25 character emails

OK I got that working now what am I doing wrong with the options fields. When I make my choice and hit add to cart it tells me I need to make a choice...Does there need to be an associated cost with an Option ?
