Double click on category does nothing.

When I double click on a category to get the category details in order to change details and a photo, SCC pro does nothing. I see the little rollover bubble telling me to double click, but it yields no results.

What happens if you click the details tab?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I see a blank details page with space to change the image, title, and short description. If I were working with a specific category, I would expect the title would reflect the subcategory I am working in when I click the detail tab. I have changed the photo there and uploaded and don't find the photo attached to a particular category anywhere on my store site.

Seems more like a product details page than a category product page.

If you click on the orange category banner then click on "Add Product" you'll be able to get the product into the category then set all it's details.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I am not having a problem with adding a product and its details. My problem is with modifying the category details and adding a photo.

It does nothing at all. It only shows me the little balloon telling me to double click.

Sounds like a reinstall might be needed. Make sure you have the newest version and try it.
