Is there a way to allow customer to enter comments on a per product basis?
Example, I sell name and desk plaques. Customer can order several different models/styles, but I need to know what name is that they want on the plaque. I need for them to be able to enter this individually for each product ordered.
Can I do this?

Sorry Mark, the program doesn't have this feature at this time. We're hoping to see this in a future release at some point. Right now the only thing you can do is add a form to your site for having your customers send their customization information to you separately. Maybe you can incorporate a link in the reply email they receive telling them to go to that link to fill out the form if they need customization?
