Can someone explain to me why when i open the creator pro the window when maximized won't fill the page and i loose most access to the top menu bar?

I can drag and resize the window horizontally but not vertically, while it seems minor it's a bit frustrating to not work as it should. Hoping i'm missing something. I've also tried uninstalling and fresh reinstall with rebooting the computer. every other CC software works just fine in this area.

Re-size the application in the lower right corner and then drag the application into view. You can then maximize it.

i know this sounds silly but i tried that. it's fixed in that size height.. i can only resize horizontally. is it because i'm running xp windows maybe? if i do anything to change the height it just completely minimizes into the lower desktop home bar space area.

It is possible. Try hiding your entire menu so that you have more room to drag it down. Once you can see just a sliver of the top of the app, you can click and bring it down.

alright i got fed up and i changed my screen resolution and it fixed it somehow. i'm using a westinghouse led tv for the monitor and some reason it didn't like that. Thanks for suggesting i appreciate it. it had to be 1280 by 768 or smaller or it wouldn't allow me to adjust the pixel height. problem solved!
