Any suggestions or scripts that could enable COD orders being placed. We deliver a lot of stuff by our own vans, and most of our customers pay 'at the door'. Checkout relies on card processors, and there's no way to place a COD order. It's possible to e-mail the cart page to the office, but is not very slick. I want to simplify it for my customers. Any suggestions, anyone? Otherwise Shopping Cart Creator is great!

OK, I've resolved most of the issues above, but still have a simple problem needing solving.

What would be the script for:

File>send>e-mail this page (with preset recipient) and no appearance of the e-mail dialogue box on screen.
Any suggestions?
