Hey all,
I've been using paypal for quite some time, and always get an itemized invoice when someone orders.
I just added authorize.net as an option in my shop. Very simple to do.
Unfortunately, when I get an order notice, it tells the $ amount, but does not show what was ordered?
I contacted authorize.net and inquired about this. They said I had to contact my web master . . . that would be me, and tell them about the problem.
Is this a glitch on their end? Or am I supposed to enter info in the shopping cart creator that I am not.
Paypal lists every item, in the same shop. Why would authorize.net, not also receive the same info from my shop.
Any ideas.
Thanks
Donna

Oh my goodness,
Am I going to have to do that with every order???
thanks Scott. Authorize.net should have been able to tell me that.
I have done a trial run through an order and when a customer clicks on authorize.net and leave my shopping cart and go to the authorize.net page to fill in their cc number and info, it does list the item
they are purchasing, but when they finalize their purchase, that info apparently is not being included
in the next step. Seems like the issue is on their end.
I will contact them.
Thanks for this.
I would never have figured this out on my own.
