I have downloaded the latest version (several times actually) but I couldn't install it because it tells me that I don't have the latest version of Cart Creater Pro. (I do have). My question is Where the heck are the downloads ??? I can't find them to install them... They don't seem to be in my Download folder.

If you read that dialog, it is telling you that you have an older version of Shopping Cart Creator Basic installed. You need to either update that or uninstall it. This was discussed in the other forum post and support ticket you opened.
