We just bought the program. Using it with win 7 ult. As soon as the program opens up we get this message. How should we fix it?

You do not need a parachute to skydive. You only need a parachute to skydive twice.

That problem is actually caused by how you installed the software through Parallels/VMWare. If you look at the path you will see "\psf". That path is actually pointing to the OS X partition. What you need to do is edit your virtual machine preferences and isolate Windows from the OSX side and then re-install the software.

Another bug averted. ;)

I thought I already did isolate it. Oh well I'll double check it. Thanks Scott :)

Yep that was the problem. When I updated to the new version I must not have updated the settings (thinking they would carry over). Everything works great now. THANKS Scott!

On a separate note, I also bought a bunch of graphics packs (plano, duluth, lockhart, etc.) What folder should I put those in?

That really depends on your personal preference. I have mine stored in a folder called "Graphics" inside of the Documents folder.
