Problem with logo and header. - Page...

As far as Quicktime goes, I have it and the Q comes up and then the page goes blank.

Since I have taken off the logo the header graphic is about half the size it should be. I can't seem to figure that out. I am going now to try Jewelcraft's work around. Thanks Viv.

If you put the strip in exactly the height you made your header, you MIGHT need to tick the keep logo original size box

If that does not work untick and incease logo hight till it fits

Theres a correct way,( THIS IS NOT IT ) i just dont think you can see the wood for the trees at present, if it works for now, you can go back and get rid of my BODGE when you have more time.

I tried putting a fill strip in and after uploading I got a big black square...So I took that off and now the header is back to half height. Here's what i mean marilynweil.com/shop/

OK , my eyes are blurring, time for a break...

Just copied your header into scc pro, and designer pro

added header centralised with no logo, previewed exactly as you have now got on your server

I took a narrow strip, as narrow as i could get it off you png img, and put it in as a logo, ticked keep original size box

Worked first time, previews perfectly

Marilyn its a png file, so it looks like it works, but infact it does not

If it was a jpg it would work

Viv, you are a genius... I made a jpg stripe and now it works perfectly. :)

Now I'll see what else I can find just to keep everyone awake! I sometimes wonder if Scott lives there.

I know this is an old thread bbut I was interested in the problem. The MP4 will not open though. Is there another file available (see image). Image is a little small but says quicktime does not understand the file ?
