Did you try ctrl + f5 ?:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Load your shop in your browser and hit ctr + f5 on the key board.

I edited the file directly on cpanel and saved it. I do not use any ftp program just scc to upload my store.

Looks like the height and width are set to auto. Did you try an image the actual size that you want?

Well I just uploaded the original photo to scc and it automatically crops them I guess. I did this before and every time I uploaded the pictures it would be at 210px on my website and all I did was edit the file once.
