how to get rid of white boxes on side...

HELP!! I am not very savvy when it comes to designing or creating a website. I have managed to do ok so far, but when I preview it, there are white boxes on the left, right and bottom. How do I fix this?

Go into SCDP and then page properties and set your background. Use an image or a color.
